i work at a souvenies shop in a very touristy spot here in san diego, and a lot of people from Europe come here. Ive noticed that A LOT of the men wear capri pants, like 50 percent of them, and i dont get it, its so revolting!

I have been trying to figure this out myself! I saw it for the first time last summer and just thought some guy was wearing his girl friends or something.
